1. What is the difference between every density?

-130 density is about 2 full bundles with a closure or frontal.
-150 density is about 3.5 full bundles with a closure or frontal.
-180 density is about 4.5 full bundles are used with a closure or frontal. 180 density will give you the fullest look.

-250 density is about 6 bundles and gives a super thick look.

2. Why does it take so long to receive the hair?

This is because we do not always have hair on hand. It take about 4-7 for us to receive the hair. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS. After we receive the hair we will ship it to you.

We ship out orders from Monday-Friday, not including holidays. We do not ship orders on Weekends. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing before your order is shipped. We are not responsible for stolen packages. Once your item has been shipped out you will get a confirmation email with the tracking number. Once your package is shipped out you can check updates with the shipping carrier. 

Please do not contact us about delivery unless you think there has been a mistake with your order or tracking number. There will be additional fees added for shipping and taxes which will be included at the check out. 

There are no refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it. Your 100% satisfaction is what motivates us to be perfect for you!
